TRISUBSTITUTED PHENYL DERIVATIVES AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

Abstract RU 2164224 C2

FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel trisubstituted phenyl derivatives of the formula (1s) where R1s means hydroxyl, alkyl containing 1-4 carbon atoms or alkoxyl containing 1-4 carbon atoms; R2s means hydroxyl or alkoxyl at 5- or 6-position and containing 1-4 carbon atoms being R1s and R2s are not hydroxyl simultaneously; and a) Ws means -CH2CH2-; R3s means the group of the formula -COR6s where R6s means alkyl containing 1-4 carbon atoms, alkoxyl containing 1-4 carbon atoms or amino-group; R4s means amino-group, alkylamino-group containing 1-4 carbon atoms, dialkylamino-group where each alkyl moiety has independently 1-4 carbon atoms, alkylcarbonylamino-group where alkyl moiety has 1-4 carbon atoms or alkoxycarbonylamino-group where alkoxyl moiety has 1-4 carbon atoms; or b) Ws means -CH2CH2-, -CH2NH-, -CH2O- or -CH=CH- being nitrogen or oxygen atom is bound with ring B; R3s and R4s in common with ring B form the system of condensed rings of the formula (as) and (bs) where symbol _ _ _ _ means the ordinary or double bond; R9s means hydrogen atom, alkylthio- -group containing 1-4 carbon atoms, alkyl containing 1-4 carbon atoms, amino-, diacetylamino-, alkylamino-group containing 1-4 carbon atoms, hydroxyl, alkoxyl containing 1-4 carbon atoms or mercapto-group; Ys/ means N or CR11s where R11s means hydrogen atom or alkoxycarbonyl where alkoxyl moiety has 1-4 carbon atoms; R10s means hydrogen atom, alkyl containing 1-4 carbon atoms or dialkoxybenzyl where alkoxyl moieties have independently 1-4 carbon atoms; and Z means O or S and V means NH if symbol _ _ _ means ordinary bond and N if symbol _ _ _ means double bond under condition that if R9s means hydroxyl or mercapto-group and Ys means N then compounds exist in tautomeric form of the formula (Its) where means O or S, in free form or as salt form if these forms are possible for existing. Compounds are useful for treatment of patients with proliferative and/or inflammatory disorders and cancer. EFFECT: new compounds indicated above, valuable medicinal properties. 4 cl, 52 ex
