Weight is manufactured in the form of striking tool coming in the form of solid body. Interrupter of weight lifting is positioned in shaft of hole. Height of striking tool amounts to not less than one quarter of distance at which established maximum rate of fall of striking tool is achieved. Average density of striking tool is at least twice as much as density of fluid in hole. Member rigidly coupled to pool can be fabricated in the form of anchor or packer. According to one of version of plant anchor can come in the form of ring pinned to pool.
