FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and can be used in effecting the bottomhole zone to increase the well productivity. The device for effecting the bottomhole zone contains an anvil and the cement bridging at bottomhole, well face drill for anvil percussion, flow column FC and packer; the well face drill contains a load and the hoisting device made as a case which contains the through plunger, valve and upper plunger lift limiter with the output line, the valve is served as the lower plunger declination limiter; the load has the stepped form, the valve is connected directly to the upper load step; the well face drill is provided with the outer tube the upper end of which is connected to the flow column and the lower end is connected to the anvil; the case of the lift and the load are installed inside the outer tube, the output line of the lift is provided with the spring-valve pulsator the output channels of which are connected to the well cavity, and the FC is provided with the telescopic compensator of the device's relocation at percussion. The upper part of the valve is provided with a rod, and the directional element for valve rod is installed inside the plunger. The cross section of the upper load step can be less than the cross section of the below load step.

EFFECT: application extension and increased efficiency and reliability of device for effecting bottomhole zone.
