FIELD: oil producing industry; applicable in realization of vibroseismic shock stimulation for increase of oil recovery from formations. SUBSTANCE: method includes delivery of shocks by falling percussive tool onto formation concurrently with oil recovery from stimulated well. Percussive tool is lifted with help of piston due to use of flow energy of medium recovered from well. After each shock delivered onto formation by percussive tool, additional shock is delivered onto formation by falling piston through percussive tool. Plant for vibroseismic stimulation of oil pool has percussive tool for delivery of shocks, lifting device located in wellbore and connected with percussive tool, and anvil. Lifting device is made in form of body accommodating piston with through channel, valve and upper limiter of piston lifting. Space between external surface of lifting device body and well internal surface is closed with packer. Space above piston of lifting device is hydraulically communicated with suction line of oil-well pump. Valve is connected with percussive tool by means of rod and serves as lower limiter of piston falling. Percussive tool with rod and valve transmits energy of falling piston to anvil. Invention also offers various versions of plant design. EFFECT: higher reliability and extended functional potentialities of pool stimulation by delivery of additional shocks onto formation with provided rigid connection between valve and percussive tool. 8 cl, 4 dwg
