FIELD: extraction of high-viscous oils by thermic methods. SUBSTANCE: process is developed to raise energy and technological efficiency of cyclic steam and gas treatment of face zones of wells. In correspondence with process calculated amount of steam and gas heat- transfer agent carrying steam, gas soluble in oil and permanent gas is pumped through well. Then product of well is extracted. Steam and gas heat-transfer agent is produced with such composition that its gaseous permanent phase includes free oxygen. If temperature in face zone of pool begins to exceed temperature of steam and gas across face of well maximum concentration of oxygen in steam and gas heat-transfer agent is kept at level determined by analytical relationship. EFFECT: increased output of production wells. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
