FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying periodical testing before and during PC user operation. To do it, visual patterns are shown on the display screen and recognition threshold exposure time, latent manual user response time, duration of all his movements related to pressing keyboard key, the number of correct answers in threshold exposure time and relative rate of visual analyzer adaptation are determined. The values to be determined are compared to each other. Test value is calculated from the comparison results shown on display screen. The result being negative, operation access is blocked. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and reliability in controlling PC user operation time.
