FIELD: stomatology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coatings for solid tissues such as dentine, enamel, cement material, and bone. Coating can also be applied on other surfaces in mouth cavity including surfaces of dental plugs and orthodontic and orthopedic dental ware. Coating composition contains polymer including repeating motifs of polar or polarizable group (1-80 wt %), modulating group (0-98 wt %), and grafted hydrophobic polysiloxane chain with molecular weight at least 500 (1-40 wt %). Coatings show low coefficient of friction and high resistance against plaques, bacteria, food coloration, etc. In addition, treatment of thus coated surface with composition containing a surfactant was unexpectedly found to reduce adhesion of bacteria and protein substances. Such treatment gives positive effects even in cases when surface was preliminarily exposed to action of bacteria and protein substances. EFFECT: increased protective capability of coating. 71 cl, 4 dwg, 30 tbl, 16 ex
