FIELD: stomatology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preliminarily treating dentine and preparing priming composition to be directly applied on solid tissue. Invention places special emphasis on adhesion of coating material to sclerotic dentine and cervical enamel to be coated under high moisture conditions. Priming composition ensures very strong linkage with dentine. First, adhesion-effective amounts of acid and dispersed in water polymer-containing film-forming material are applied on solid tissue, after which film-forming material hardens. Suitable priming compositions including mixture of acid and film-forming material with polymer are presented in the form of film on the surface of solid cloth.
