FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biologically active substances based on mineral- -organic raw, among them shilagit, and to technology of preparing bioactive extracts based on thereof. Invention proposes the curative-prophylactic agent that is shilagit dry extract containing the following components, wt.-%: peptides (mono-, di-, tripeptides), 25.0-35.0; phospholipids and simple lipids, 1.5-4.0 among them fatty acids, 0.1-0.5; organic acids, 10.0-23.0 among them: hyppuric acid, 0.5-7.0; benzoic acid, 0.2-9.0; free amino acids, 2.8-4.2; humic acids, 1.0-8.0; the simplest proteins among them albumins, 0.1-0.5; mineral substances, 25.0-35.0 and water, the balance. Invention proposes also method of preparing bioactive extract based on shilagit-containing raw including stages, sequence and conditions of their making are approximated to the natural conditions that ensures to obtain bioactive product in outlet containing 95% of dry matters mass part and standardized composition. Agent prepared by this method has the high degree of purification and can be standardized for any type of shilagit-containing raw. Also, agent shows anti-inflammatory, regenerative and radioprotective effects. Invention can be used in chemical-pharmaceutical industry, agriculture, food industry and perfume-cosmetic industry.
