FIELD: veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of producing biologically active product from northern deer penises with testicles. Method is characterised by that deer penises with testicles are collected, process cleaning is conducted, thermal treatment in IR dryer with active ventilation. At that, drying is carried out at 45 °C for 8 hours. At the end of given time cooled at natural temperature for 8 hours, then process is repeated until obtaining product with humidity of 13-17 %, then it is ground and staged extraction with ethanol of different concentrations in ratio 4:1 of raw material:extractant is carried put. At first stage 96 % alcohol is used, at second is 70 %, at third is 50 %, at fourth is 40%. Extraction is carried out in ultrasonic extractor with field frequency of 25 kHz at temperature of 45-48 °C with breaks for every 2 h, 1.5 h, 1 h, 0.5 hours, obtained extracts are combined, acidified with acetic acid to pH 5.6, frozen, centrifuged and filtered; then one adds natural antioxidant - dehydrocvercetin and polysaccharide arabinogalactan.
EFFECT: invention usage allows to manufacture product with high content of biologically active substances.
