FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method stipulates missing of granulated sugar with dry tangle extract in form of powder with degree of dispersion less than 0.2 mm at thorough agitation till indiscrete mass receiving, pressing with following filling and packing. Dry extract is received with drying of tangle liquid aqueous extract till humidity no more than 15%. Liquid aqueous extract is received with aquatic extraction with correlation of dry matter and water 1:5 - 1:30 at the water temperature 80-90°C preliminary grained till particle size of tangle less than 5cm with following filtration and adding of hydric dioxide aqueous solution, with concentration 1-40% and quantity 0.01-5.0 ml for 1 l of extract.
EFFECT: allows to get granulated sugar, containing iodide compound and irreplaceable amino acids and microelements.
