FIELD: equipment for cleaning water, for aftercleaning and disinfecting preliminarily clarified drainage, for destruction of pesticides, herbicides and other toxic chemicals. SUBSTANCE: installation includes pump 1, system of concentric electrodes 2,3 connected with source of high-voltage pulses 4. High-voltage electrode 2 is connected with high-voltage terminal of pulse source, outer electrode 3 is connected with ground. Electrode 2 is insulated with the aid of dielectric tube 6 and it is mounted on insulator 5. In gap between electrodes 3 and 2 there is dielectric insert 7 having working nozzle 8 separating space between electrodes 2, 3 by two ducts: air duct 9 and water duct 10. Receiving chamber 11 is joined with mixing chamber 12 whose inner surface is provided with dielectric coating-barrier 13. The whole space between electrodes 2,3 in zone of mixing chamber 12 and diffuser 14 serves as electric discharge chamber 15.
