FIELD: testing facilities; vehicle brakes and suspensions. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, wheels of vehicle are set into rotation and then are braked by application of vehicle brake. In process of testing braking parameters are measured and results are compared with reference values and, basing on obtained deviations from reference values, state of brake system in judged. Simultaneously, vibratory load is applied to wheel and parameters of vibrations are measured. Braking parameters are measured with and without application of vibratory load to wheel and condition of vehicle suspension vibration damping devices is determined by difference in measured braking parameters at application of vibratory load to wheel and without such load. Serviceability of brake antilocking system and vehicle suspension control system is checked by vibration and braking parameters. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities of testing facilities. 2 dwg
