SUBSTANCE: method consists in obtaining and analysis of phase dynamic characteristics patterns. In process of diagnostics three types of phase dynamic characteristics are determined: dependence of braking force at motor vehicle wheel on pressure in brake chamber, dependence of pressure in brake chamber on brake valve outlet pressure and dependence of brake valve outlet pressure on effort applied to brake pedal. Operation condition of braking system is determined by results of consecutive analysis of phase dynamic characteristics patterns. Device contains computer, analog-digital converter, block of converters, control device, electric motor power control device, two pressure gauges, force applied to brake pedal sensor, and also left and right sections. Sections consist of frame, electric motors, driving and driven wheel hubs, reduction gears, braking torque sensors, chain-drives, tracing rollers, and angular velocity sensors.
EFFECT: increase of comprehensiveness and reliability of brake gear diagnostics.
