FIELD: pneumatic transport facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed chambered feeder has cylindrical housing with conical lower part, charging pipe, bell crank mounted on support, and bracket with switch. Bracket with switch is secured over crank support. One arm of bell crank is spring-loaded. Shell is secured on other arm. Shell is made in form of straight cylinder with guide curve consisting of two parabolas and plane in lower part arranged at angle of repose of material delivered into chambered feeder. Shell is provided with screw and bolt joints for adjusting area of surface in contact with loose layer of bulk material and parallel of above-indicated surface relative to surface of cone of compacted layer of material, respectively. EFFECT: provision of reliable operation at handling loose materials featuring different physical and mechanical properties. 4 dwg
