FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves accessing and opening the voluminous formation. Its contents is removed and the formation shell is exsected within the boundaries of healthy tissues. The shell dissection is carried out with focused diode laser beam of 5-15 W power in bone mode of operation. The arisen cavity is removed by means of hemostatic tampon. The hemostatic tampon has xenogenic preserved peritoneum tissue and auto-omentum strand.
