FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves excising pyeloureteral segment applying two Z-shaped incisions. Rhomb-shaped renal pelvis defect is created. Two triangular flaps are made. Side lengths and angles are equal to each other in the defect and the flaps. Acute angles magnitude is equal to 60 deg. A segment is resected in addition in the triangular inferolateral flap which height corresponds to the longitudinal ureter incision size. The rhombic pelvis defect is covered by means of side transfer of the formed flaps. Ureter wound edges and those of the triangular flap are brought in engagement after transposing the flaps. EFFECT: prevented ureteral anastomosis inconsistency. 2 dwg
