METHOD OF PIELOPLASTY IN CASE OF HYDRONEPHROSIS IN CHILDREN Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61B17/00

Abstract RU 2372037 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology, deals with methods of surgical treatment of hydronephrosis in children, can be used in case of extensive dysplasia of near-pelvic part of ureter. Preliminarily maximal mobilisation of kidney and ureter is carried out. Possibility of applying direct pyelouretal anastomosis is determined. If expressed tightening of tissues is formed or matching is not possible, ureter is sutured and tied in region of pyelouretal segment. After that dysplased section of ureter is cut off to the level, at which ureter has sufficient lumen. Flat-topped flap from medial pelvis surface 15 mm wide with base located in lower point of pelvis, is formed. Upper loose end of flap is displaced downward. By means of separate sutures tube from flap is formed on catheter. Intubating catheter is passed through formed upper part of ureter. One end of catheter is introduced into lower parts of ureter. The other end of catheter close to pyelostoma is put out through front pelvis wall. Pelvis defect is sewn with separate sutures in zone of flap formation. On installed intubating catheter anastomosis between formed from pelvis flap upper part of ureter and lower part of ureter is formed according to the type end into end.

EFFECT: invention allows to keep to the principle of efficacy of dissection of ureter dysplactic section and ensure minimal loading of tissues in region of anastomosis, to avoid tissue tightening in region of anastomosis.
