FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to operative urology. Under general anesthesia, a double kidney is isolated by lumbotomy access. Resection of the pelvis and ureteropelvic segment of the lower hydronephrotic half of the doubled kidney is performed. The pelvis is sutured, a window is formed at the lower pole with a diameter of 1.2 cm. A window with a diameter of 1.2 cm is created on the ureter of the upper half of the doubled kidney. An anastomosis is made between the ureter from the upper half and the lower pelvis of the doubled kidney. A ureteral catheter No. 5 is inserted into the ureter cut from the lower half of the doubled kidney towards the bladder to quickly search for the ureter near the bladder. An incision in the iliac region is used to locate and isolate the ureter from the lower half of the doubled kidney. The search is aided by the presence of a ureteral catheter in the ureter. The ureter is crossed near the bladder after the catheter is removed from it. The stump of the ureter at the bladder is tied up with catgut. Surgical wounds are sutured to drainage tubes.
EFFECT: method allows to eliminate the cause of congenital hydronephrosis, provides maximum physiology, reduces the trauma of surgical intervention, allows not to violate the anatomical and physiological relationships, reduces the frequency of postoperative complications.
