FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering electric stimulation after wink reflex system in trigeminal nerve exit points and Erb points. Exponentially shaped electric current is applied with pulse duration of 500 ms, frequency 10 Hz from the sixth to twelfth procedure, treatment time being equal to 1-2 min on each point. The patient moves eyes to deflect eyeballs as far as possible to outside. Endonasal infrared laser radiation treatment is applied in constant mode at wavelength being equal to 0.85 mcm and power of 0.5-1.0 mW. The light guide is introduced into the nose passage in parallel to the ridge of the nose at the level of middle turbinated bone for 4-5 cm in depth and deflected towards corresponding eye orbit for 5 min per one field daily within 8-10 procedures long course.
