FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to physiotherapy and ophthalmology. Eye area is exposed to wide-band electromagnetic radiation. Exposure of eye area is carried out in contact way by means of apparatus "ELBI-01" with frequency 100 kHz - 4 GHz, flow power density 2.5 mW/cm2 during 10 min. 5-10 daily procedures per course depending on severity of patient's state.
EFFECT: method ensures anti-inflammatory, pain-killing effect, normalises tone of peripheral vessels, improves microcirculation and lymphodrainage functions, reduces edema, restores trophism in area of eye, stimulates regenerative processes.
