FIELD: machine-tool manufacture. SUBSTANCE: device has cutting-fluid supply pipe connection and shaft. One end of shaft carries element of its attachment to cutting-tool drive, and the other end is fitted with cutting-tool attachment element. Axial blind channel and channel coupled with it are made in shaft on side of cutting-tool attachment. Device also has seals and bushing with stop fixed on shaft. Pipe connection is mounted on bushing. Channel is made in bushing, and circular recess is provided in shaft and/or in bushing. Circular recess forms chamber limited by seals and coupled with pipe connection through axial blind channel and bushing channel. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 1 dwg
