FIELD: wood working, in particular, sawing machines with circular saws for length cutting of timber, for instance, logs, boards, cants, slabs. SUBSTANCE: ring-sawing machine has a frame, conveyer with a drive, pressure roller with a rotating drive, pressure roller moving hydraulic cylinder, basing member, hydraulic system and a circular saw. The conveyer drive and the pressure roller rotation drive are made in the form of hydraulic motors connected to the hydraulic system in succession through the first distributor. The pressure roller moving hydraulic cylinder is connected to the hydraulic system in parallel with the hydraulic motors through the second distributor, throttle and relief valves. The pressure roller and the basing member are installed on the opposite sides of the conveyer. The machine hydraulic system provides for synchronous rotation of the hydraulic motors, smooth movement of the hydraulic cylinder rod and elastic tightening of the pressure roller to the fed material at a preset force both in alternative and simultaneous operation of the hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinder.
