SUBSTANCE: nickel-base high-temperature alloy has the following chemical composition, mas.%: carbon, 0.01-0.07; chromium, 20.0-30.0; cobalt, 10.0-20.0; tungsten, 5.0-16.0; molybdenum, 0.5-5.0; lanthanum, 0.02-0.08; magnesium, 0.02-0.10; titanium, 2-4; nitrogen, 0.5-2.0; nickel, the balance. Claimed alloy is characterized by higher working temperatures up to 1300 C, improved long-term strength, endurance and thermal stability that make it possible to raise the efficiency of flame tubes in gas-turbine engines, screens, etc. by a factor of 1.5-2 and to reduce their weight by 8-12%.
