FIELD: metallurgy of cobalt-based high-temperature forming-quality weldable alloys for manufacture of flame tubes of combustion chambers, flame stabilizers and other hot units and gas-turbine engines working at temperature up to 1300°C.
SUBSTANCE: proposed alloy contains the following components, mass-%: carbon, 0.01-0.06; chromium, 24.0-34.0; nickel, 20.0-35.0; tungsten, 7.0-14.0; molybdenum, 0.5-5.0; titanium, 1.3-3.5; nitrogen, 0.3-3.0; lanthanum, 0.003-0.10; magnesium, 0.003-0.08; boron, 0.0003-0.008; cerium, 0.0003-0.06; the remainder being cobalt.
EFFECT: enhanced heat resistance characteristics of alloy.
