FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: food biologically active addition has soluble food fibers, biologically active substances of marine and plant origin, color, citric acid, potassium sorbate, sugar, water and, additionally, propolis (bee glue). As the source of biologically active substances of plant origin addition has the following components: drooping birch buds, birch/bracket fungus (Polyporus betulinus), common mountain cranberry leaves, multinerved thorough-wax herb, maize styles with stigmas, dioecious nettle leaves, bush clover above-ground part, peppermint leaves, common juniper fruits, common tansy flower heads, glabrous licorice roots, hill-growing saltwart herb, common milfoil herb, Chinese green tea leaves and wrinkled rose fruits. Plant raw is added up to the content of bioflavonoids 0.01%, not less. As the source of biologically active substances of marine origin addition has scallop food hydrolyzate, salmon fish milt food hydrolyzate, squid food hydrolyzate and addition has also zosterol, citrus pectin and apple pectin as soluble fibers. This ensures to prepare food biologically active addition that does not induce allergy and shows directed effect on hepatobiliary system and gastroenteric tract of body due to the combined effect of biologically active substances of marine and plant origin.
