SUBSTANCE: balsam contains sugar, honey, water, citric acid, medicinal and spicy aroma raw materials in the form of a liquid water extract. The medicinal raw materials contain Saint-John's-wort grass, rosehips, pine buds, Star anise fruits, tansy flowers, tormentil roots, current leaves and oak bark; the spicy aroma raw materials include coriander fruits, cardamom fruits and cloves at the preset ratio of ingredients.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance balsam organoleptic indices due to imparting honey-spicy taste and aroma with pollen savour or with propolis savour and aroma to the beverage and increases the product biological value.
