FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing a patient in horizontal position on ortho-table. Systolic cardiac end volume (SCVh) is determined. Then, the patient is set in antiorthostatic position with head of the ortho-table being deflected downward by 20 deg per 10 min. The systolic cardiac end volume (SCV10) is repeatedly determined. Adaptation response coefficient is calculated on the basis of (SCV10) to (SCVh) ratio. EFFECT: objective evaluation method.
