FIELD: sportive equipment. SUBSTANCE: muscle exercising apparatus has part including frame carrying power applying unit with flywheel mounted for rotation on shaft, actuating mechanism acted upon by user, and device for moving actuating mechanism to initial position. This device is kinematically connected to power applying unit flywheel and to actuating mechanism which is made in the form of flexible pulling member wound onto drum equipped with flywheel clutch. Power applying unit flywheel has at least one pair of blades which are mounted in opposed relation on flywheel side surface and provided with fastening device allowing inclination angle of these blades relative to flywheel generatrix to be altered and blades to be readily removed from flywheel. Apparatus of such construction allows flywheel rotation time lag to be reduced and provides identity of produced loading to force applied by user.
