FIELD: packing. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has fold-forming members secured on pads 1, 4 and 7n connected with pneumatic cylinders and mounted on guides coaxially for reciprocating in horizontal plane. It has also gluer 3 for application of glue to part of bag neck to be turned up and program control unit 20. fold forming members are made in form of shutter 2 at one side and angle plate 6 at other side. Device is furnished additionally with frame installed on pad 4 and coupled with pneumatic cylinder 15 providing turning of frame in vertical plane towards shutter 2, and pressure plate 8 secured on shaft 21 installed on bracket 22 secured on pad 7 which moves in direction square to direction of travel of pads 1 and 4.
