SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solid medicinal forms of rapid release that contain therapeutically active substances or their concentrates, in part, nucleoside lipid conjugates that are characterized by gel-forming properties in aqueous media. Active substances or their concentrates are characterized by the general formula (I): L-B-D where values are given in the invention claim. The proposed medicinal forms are stable and have sufficient long storage time being without any traces of decomposition of an active substance or used accessory substances as result of the possible interaction between an active substance with accessory substances.
