SUBSTANCE: invention relates to phospholipid derivatives of phosphonocarboxylic acids of the formula (I) where R¹ means the group -(CH₂)_eCyc1 where -(CH₂)_e means direct or branched saturated alkylene chain where e = 4-16; R² means direct saturated alkyl chain with 1-20 carbon atoms; R³ means H or direct alkyl chain with 1-6 carbon atoms; X means sulfur atom; Y means oxygen atom; Cycl means cyclic alkyl moiety with 5-7 carbon atoms or phenyl that can be mono- or multisubstituted with C₁-C₁₀-alkyl, C₁-C₁₀-alkoxy-group or halogen atom; m = 0, 1-3 under condition that R¹ can mean R² if R² means simultaneously R¹, and to their physiologically acceptable salts.
