FIELD: metallurgy, possibly production of low carbon strip steel, namely black plate with normalized hardness.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of continuously casting slabs from aluminum-killed steel; hot rolling of strip and coiling it at temperature 660 - 690°C; cold rolling of strip and annealing it in continuous furnace at temperature exceeding temperature of beginning recrystallization; then subjecting strip to accelerated cooling and skin pass rolling at reduction degree 0.5 - 0.8%.
EFFECT: possibility for producing black plate with hardness degree B according to technical standard.
