FIELD: communications engineering. SUBSTANCE: subscriber's device receives incoming feedback message related to at least one incoming call made by subscriber's device. Subscriber's equipment responds to incoming-call feedback message by updating one ranking factor of communications center corresponding to current communications center of subscriber's device. As an alternative, communications center identifies signal quality information for one incoming call made by subscriber's device and in case of poor-quality signal information it transmits message assigning subscriber's device to update at least one ranking factor of communications center. Subscriber's device can compute new ranks for communications center basing on ranking factors of communications center and select new communications center, if necessary whose rank is preferred.
