FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves mobilizing the rectum on the interval to the pelvis fundus muscles. Anal canal mucosa removal is carried out. Flexible corrugated tube is introduced into the rectum and it is fixed thereon. The rectum is bound with a long thread which ends are brought out to the perineum surface. The rectum is incised on 1/4 of circumferential length over the boundary between the mucosa and perianal skin. Tunnel into the small pelvis is built. The thread is caught with an instrument on perineal side. Tube traction is carried out. Purse-string suture is put in over the mucous membrane on the boundary between the superior and medial one-third portion of the anal canal. The rest of the anal canal mucosa is removed. The greater part of the mucosa is retained undamaged. EFFECT: reduced risk of infection and tumor cell implantation in the anal canal wound. 6 dwg
