FIELD: equipment for repair and construction of pipelines of different diameters. SUBSTANCE: machine has rotor with shaft, main cleaning tools fastened to shaft, auxiliary cleaning tools equipped with mechanism for biasing them to pipe external surface. Each of auxiliary cleaning tools is mounted on shaft equipped with unit driven by gear internally meshed with toothed wheel. Auxiliary cleaning tools and toothed wheel are removably mounted on outer end part of rotor. Each drive unit has carrier pivotally connected to rotor shaft and chain transmission for connecting drive unit gear shaft to auxiliary cleaning tool shaft, and is equipped with mechanism for controlled meshing of gear with immovable toothed wheel. Main cleaning tools are made in the form of cutters of different kinds, including needle-type cutters, and auxiliary cleaning tools are made in the form of brushes. Machine is designed for removal of worn insulation, corroded portions etc for one pass from external surface of pipes of different diameters.
