FIELD: manufacture of highly loaded materials and manufacture of roofing materials, floor plates and finishing members of buildings. SUBSTANCE: crushed polyolefin waste used as binding agent is mixed with mineral filer heated above melting temperature of binding agent. Prior to mixing, filler is fractionated to remove fraction having particle size of up to 3 mm, and polyolefin waste is fractionated to remove fraction having particle size of up to 10 mm. Mixing is carried out by adding in portions binding agent and auxiliary materials to heated filler in several steps and subsequently forming under the resulting composition pressure and cooling. Auxiliary agent includes both melamine and chloroparaffin at equimolar ratio in amount of 10-30 wt.% per polymeric binding agent, polyfunctional additive being fed at temperature of not higher than 400 C in final composition preparation stage. Use of invention makes it possible to increase resistance of building materials to dynamic loads by reducing fragile temperature and also to significantly reduce combustibility while retaining high physical and mechanical properties. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method.
