FIELD: building industry, more particularly, preparation of rubber-bitumen mastics for hydroinsulation of pipes and underground structures, and construction and repair of floor and roof coatings. SUBSTANCE: rubber-bitumen mastic is useful as anticorrosion coatings of automobile bottoms. Method comprises stirring bitumen, mineral filler, natural rubber-containing additive and white spirit. Mineral filler is talc, and additive is glue, grade A based on natural rubber. After stirring bitumen with talc and cooling mixture of 70-80 C for 20-25 minutes, glue is added. White spirit is then added to the resulting mixture and the latter is further stirred at temperature of not higher than 65-70 C for 15-20 minutes at certain ratios of components.
