FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: method involving agitation of hot bitumen (57.5-70%), talc (2-3%), natural rubber-based adhesive (2- 3.2%), and white spirit (24-38.%) in mixer to form homogeneous mass is distinguished by that hot bitumen is first loaded into blade mixer, rubber adhesive is added to bitumen at 100-130 C and the total is agitated for 10 to 30 min, after which follow addition of talc with subsequent agitation for 10-30 min and white spirit and final agitation during up to 40 min to achieve temperature 70-90 C. At this moment homogeneity of mass is checked and, if it does not meet the requirements, correction of proportion of components within specified range is fulfilled and the mass is additionally agitated.
