FIELD: manufacture of heat-insulating building products. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises silicate binder, filler and water. Silicate binder is product KPГ produced by combination of 0.3-10 wt.% of latex of styrene-acrylate copolymer and mixture of 6-48 wt.% of aqueous solution of sodium silicate and 6-48 wt.% of colloidal silica sol produced at 95-105 C. Composition further comprises carbamide, ratios of components being as follows, wt.%: above-indicated silicate binder KPГ, 6.0-48.0; filler, 46.0-48.0; carbamide, 1.0-2.0; and water, the balance. EFFECT: variable good physico-mechanical properties fire proofness, water resistance of ecologically pure inexpensive porous concrete material. 1 tbl
