FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industry of building materials and used in making building materials of different species and forms based on silicate binding agent. Method for making building articles comprising preparing molding mass from silicate binding agent, siliceous filling agent, hardening accelerating agent and water, molding articles from prepared mixture and their drying involves silicate binding agent taken among the group: water glass, silicate-lump, sodium hydrosilicate, silica gel, siliceous filling agent with moisture 20%, not above, and dispersity 4-50 mcm and 0.1-2.5 mm. Preparing the molding mass of moisture 6-10% is carried out at intense stirring up to homogeneous state being firstly by the combined grinding indicated silicate binding agent with 2-5 wt.-% of indicated filling agent up to its dispersity 4-50 mcm and then by addition of water and 20.0-46.5 wt.-% of indicated filling agent with dispersity 4-50 mcm and 24.5-63.9 wt.-% of indicated filling agent with dispersity 0.1-2.5 mm to the prepared activated mass and additional addition of pigment and hardening accelerating agent. Molding is carried out by pressing under pressure from 1.0 to 150 kg/cm2 and drying is carried out at 25-400 C in the following ratio of components, wt. -%: indicated silicate binding agent, 0.5-15.5; indicated siliceous filling agent, 75.9-85.9; hardening accelerating agent, 0.5-5.0; water, 8.1-13.3; pigment, 0-5.0. Also, the following components are used: water glass in the amount 0.5-15.5 wt.-% preferably; silicate-lump with dispersity 4-20 mcm in the amount 0.5-3.0 wt.-% preferably; sodium hydrosilicate with dispersity 4-20 mcm in the amount 3.0-4.0 wt.-% preferably; silica gel with dispersity 4-20 mcm in the amount 2.0-4.0 wt.-% preferably. After drying mixture is subjected for roasting additionally at 600-1000 C for 15-90 min. Invention provides making article with high strength properties, resistance to cold, acid resistance, thermal resistance, chemical resistance, waterproof.
