FIELD: manufacture of bath for preliminary chemical treatment of parts from hangers in perforated drums or baskets for transfer lines and mechanized lines galvanochemical treatment. SUBSTANCE: method includes molding of rectangular reservoir by means of welding or casting from material which is neutral relative to medium to be treated; reservoir is made from the following modules which are articulated together in succession: technological module for chemical working medium (acid, for example) and parts to be treated; auxiliary module for placing shielding unit inside it for shielding the working medium in horizontal plane; bath cover provided with catcher of technological units; two units for entrapping and draining drops of working medium flowing off parts; cover is made in form of 
shaped flange; sizes of center port coincide with sizes of treatment zone; auxiliary is molded in form of 
shaped member whose vertical sections are provided with holes for removal of vapor, gases and aerosols; their end surfaces are provided with fasteners for securing the solid end walls having through slots for passing respective connecting lines rigidly connected with bath shielding unit on one side and with working members of actuating bath shielding unit on one side and with working members of actuating mechanisms on their side; each of them consists of at least two telescopic 
shaped members and provided with flexible gaskets made from acid-resistant material; each unit for entrapping and removing drops of working medium is made in form of V-shaped device manufactured from inert material and rigidly connected with solid walls on end sides; solid walls are provided with drain hole on at least side which is fitted respective branch pipe; lower surface of 
shaped member long its vertical and horizontal sections and lower surface of 
shaped flange are provided with guide for additional locking; upper surface of horizontal sections of 
shaped member are provided with slots or guides of respective sizes and profile for receiving lower end surface of side sections of 
shaped members; it is provided with articulations made from inert material, for example, fluoroplastic or polypropylene. EFFECT: enhanced level of unification of bath members; enhanced reliability; reduced probability of affecting bath cover by acid. 5 cl, 3 dwg
