FIELD: oil producing industry; applicable in control over space position of borehole of cased and uncased wells in drilling. SUBSTANCE: device has units of azimuth transmitters based on three orthogonal flux-gate meters firmly secured to device body and transmitters of deviation angles in the form of three orthogonal accelerometers whose axes of sensitivity are collinear to axes of sensitivity of flux-gate meters, digitizer and switch unit. Connected to inputs of switch unit are outputs of flux-gate meters and accelerometers. Output of switch unit is connected to ground surface unit through telemetering unit. Device is additionally provided with temperature and pressure sensors, telemetering unit and unit gyroscopic azimuth transmitters based on single-axis or biaxial transmitters of angular velocity of the Earth rotation whose sensitivity axes are collinear to axes of sensitivity of flux-gate meters and accelerometers. Outputs of temperature and pressure sensors and gyroscopic transmitters of angular velocity are connected to additional inputs of switches.
