FIELD: conversion of floating-facility wave energy into electricity. SUBSTANCE: power plant depending for its operation on alternate water flow through hydraulic turbines has anchored floating facility with suspended hydraulic-turbine modules. Each module has at least two flow paths with guide vanes and opposing-rotation runners kinematically coupled through cardan shafts to electric generator mounted in floating-facility hull. Turbine flow paths are rigidly fixed together and their hanger is loosely mounted by means of cables; they are also coupled with anchor via high-drop chains loosely dipped to bottom. EFFECT: enhanced power capacity of plant. 2 dwg
