SUBSTANCE: boiler has a cylindrical casing with a cover forming a closed heating circuit, pipe connections attached to the casing wall; one of the pipe connections is installed tangentially to the casing. The hot-water boiler has two circuits, the boiler upper section is provided with perforation, the housing of the second heating circuit is fastened above the perforation, the second heating circuit accommodates an accumulator connected to the first heating circuit through a spiral pipe connection so that the latter is installed coaxially with the heating element, and the accumulator of the second heating circuit together with the spiral pipe connection is placed in the heat-transfer medium of the first heating circuit.
