FIELD: engineering of radio-measuring systems, methods for synchronization of space and time systems of real time.
SUBSTANCE: given method of operation of synchronizer for processing signals of multi-element antenna arrays allows VLBI observations for all bases, formed by pairs "synthesized phased supporting VLBI network - small antenna". Method is special because total digital stream of VLBI network signals is transferred via optical radio communication channels in parallel for all VLBI stations with low diameter antennas. Principally important is the fact that total signal of VLBI station is not a signal of correlation, but of phased antenna array, formed by a supporting grid of VLBI stations.
EFFECT: increased precision of measurements.
