SUBSTANCE: substance of the method for prediction of a clinical course of an early postoperative period following arterioplasty for atherosclerosis obliterans of lower extremity arteries consists in the fact that VEGF values are analysed in foot venous blood serum. If the value exceeds 900 pg/ml, a favourable clinical course of the postoperative period is predicted.

EFFECT: more effective prediction of the clinical course of the early postoperative period following vascular arterioplasty of lower extremities.
