FIELD: aeronautical engineering; helicopters. SUBSTANCE: proposed external mirror has round reflector placed and rigidly fixed in case with edging. Holder is made in form of horizontal hinge joint consisting of two opposite clamps connected by ends by means of bolt and nut placed inside spring and L-shaped bracket. One clamp is secured on case and the other, on short end of L-shaped bracket. Long end of L-shaped bracket is installed in tubular fixing guide of detachable bracket of reflector mount. Mount bracket is made in form of clamp from metal bar. Tubular guide and gusset plate for fastening two brace struts are welded to one end of clamp. Lower end of tubular guide is provided with clip for fixing long end of L-shaped bracket. Free end of clamp is fastened on helicopter hull. EFFECT: improved safety in flight. 4 dwg
