FIELD: aeronautical engineering; aircraft cargo handling operations. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has winch with rope mounted in forward portion of cargo cabin, rollers of rope system with hooks for connection with attachment units found inside cargo cabin and with attachment with found on lower surface of tail fuselage. For unloading wheels cargoes, attachment units of rope system rollers are so positioned that winch rope should run over side of cargo cabin; attachment unit of last roller is located at top of cargo opening of cabin, after which winch rope runs to roller mounted on lower surface of tail fuselage.
