FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems providing safety of riders of open vehicles such as motorcycles, bicycles, sports cars or cabriolets. It can be used in acquiring driving habits, mastering complex maneuvers, including driving along heavy routes and in training complexes and on fun-fair grounds. Invention can be used for teaching riding, breaking-in, horse sports competitions and feats. According to invention, fall-line tension and energy absorbing blocks are installed on base which is connected with system of belts whose free ends are fastened on rider body. Safety contour is set concentrically relative to trajectory of vehicle movement, and free end of fall-line is installed movably on guide surface of safety contour by means of grip. In proposed device fall-line tension and energy absorbing blocks have common base to which system of belts is rigidly connected. Free ends of belts are closed on rider's body. Free end of fall-line has grip and it is connected movably with safety contour installed concentrically relative to trajectory of vehicle movement over route by means of columns and beams. Grip is made in form of scissors whose L-shaped ends are formed as axles and are furnished with rollers. Other ends of scissors are interconnected by extension spring and are connected with fall-line by carriers.
